Amazing service with friendly and caring staff! Had some tire problems with my Tesla and they not only found and fixed the problems, but showed me what exactly was wrong along with before and after comparisons. My car feels great to drive again!

I had the best experience with Chapel Hill Tire. I had an emergency, needed a tire and there was no hesitation. Audrey provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgable. Literally she had the fire there for me within two hours. I felt so comfortable and trusting that I will take my car there from now on. Just moving here from Florida, I’m happy I found a place I can take my car to that I trust.

All the Good - scheduling and communication was excellent. They give you a video of all the inspection points. The did the repair very quickly, basically one day turnaround. The only bad - Its expensive, almost 2x what I expected. I had two major repairs, one (suspension control arm) I could not DIY and was happy to pay for. The other was rear shocks I should have done myself. Aside from costs, its all good I can recommend this shop.

Spencer and Audrey did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and helping me get my tire replaced. They also offered me a shuttle service while I waited for my vehicle and Brantley was very kind and made sure I got to and from my desired location safely and timely!

Perhaps some of the blame here should be on me I have been coming to this location for 10 years. Back then and until a couple of years ago, it was Bull Tire. The place lost a lot when it changed names. I was told, "Its the same people, just the name has changed." Well a lot more than the name has changed. I too, like many of the negative reviews have seen others pressured and even heard the lady out front speak to a customer over the phone, who had entrusted them to replace her tires, while they got an update. The new price was over $4k higher and the pressure tactics used to close the deal were astonishing. "You shouldn't drive this car anywhere, the wheel will likely fall off." I told myself, "Maybe it was true, even though I doubted the veracity of the comment as it became more and more dire as the person on the phone tried to say no. For some reason I stayed... because it was Bull Tire after all, just a different name. My mind began change came however, when I brought a car I now no longer own in. I was there for an oil change. I left with a broken clip on my engine air filter compartment. I discovered it later, so hard to prove. I replaced it for $150. The next time I came
